Printing
How long does it take to print my order?
Printing an order takes 5 working days from confirmed payment, plus 1 - 2 days shipping. We do have a 3 day rush order available as well.
Sizing
What sizes can you print up to?
We can print from newborn onesies up to Mens 7XL.
How do I know what size I need?
The measurements are given for each product on the website. Body Width is measured flat from seam to seam, usually under the armpit. Body Length is measured from the shoulder to the hem. Please note that measurements can vary +/- 2.5cm, this is within our supplier's tolerance.

Where are your T-Shirts from and are they ethically produced?
We print onto high quality AS Colour cotton which use hand-picked factories with safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions. They are Child Labor Free.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
You can see the actual order shipping date in your email or by logging into your account. Standard Orders take up to 5 working days to print, and are shipped via overnight tracked couriers. Rush Orders take up to 3 working days to print and are shipped by overnight tracked courier. Rural Deliveries may take up to 3 days longer. Please note - these shipping times may change, particularly at peak times like Christmas.

How do you ship your products?
We ship in compostable courier satchels.

How do I reorder a previous order?
Login to the website with your username and password. Go to previous orders, click the checkbox on the left next to the order you wish to reorder and click reorder in the top right.
How do I take care of my products?
For the best results, wash inside out on a cool wash. Your print will last longer if you don't tumble dry, and use a cool iron only if necessary.
Can I pick up my order?
No, in order to keep our prices down and pass the savings on to you, we're an online store only.
Who can I contact about my order?
You can either use the contact page to fill out an inquiry form, or email us directly at tawakaart@gmail.com. We are available Monday to Friday 10am - 10pm, Saturday 11am - 11pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm. Closed on Matariki, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and ANZAC.
